Aero Kit For The McLaren 570S, Prior-Design Unveils PD1

Prior Tuner Design has put together a full carbon aerodynamics kit for the McLaren 570S, while also adding a custom H & R suspension to go with a set of dual-spoke custom wheels.

The PD1 aero kit gives 570S a more aggressive look thanks to the side air intakes for the front bumper, side-blades, side skirts (with wings), fender attachment, rear diffuser, a rear wing and a roof scoop.

An exclusive interior design is also available upon request, with the tuner ready to go all out in terms of color and material customization.

The PD3CLForged custom wheels are made in-house by New-Design, as is the custom exhaust system.

As for performance, unless the matter is masking any hidden talents, the 570 PS and 600 Nm (442 lb-ft) should allow it to reach 62 mph (100 km / h) in 3.2 seconds, before maxing out at 328 km / h (204 mph).

The Best Car Sport New 2017

Our pick of the best sports cars money can buy - from the Mazda MX-5 to the magnificent McLaren 570S

What makes a sports car great changes depending on who you ask. Some people will say it's supercar-rivalling straight line speed, while others reckon handling and balance is king. It could be all about thrills and fun, but plenty of people just like a lot of bang for their buck.

That makes choosing a top 10 sports cars list really difficult to do, which is why we've included a little of everything in our list. Right at the top end of the price and performance bracket you'll find super-luxury offerings like the McLaren 570S and Porsche 911. Hard-top traditional coupes like the BMW M2 make an appearance too, and at the lower end of the price range we've got two very different offerings - the Caterham Seven and the Mazda MX-5.

Hopefully, we've covered every base in this list, and shown that there really can be a choice for everybody.

If our list proves anything, it’s t…

F1 Reveals Its Fan Festival For Better Spectator Experience

F1 has revealed details about the host of new initiatives it is introducing for spectators from the Spanish GP as part of a new Fan Festival.

As reported earlier this week, F1's new owners Liberty Media have been planning an overhaul to grand prix weekends to make them more attractive for fans, suggesting earlier this week that new ideas would come on board for Barcelona.

Ahead of track action commencing, it has been revealed that the new Fan Festival will include a dedicated fan television channel, as has been successfully pioneered by Silverstone and Melbourne.

There will also be a re-imagined Fan Zone including simulators, a zip line and pitstop challenge.

There will also be a number of competitions held which will give fans the chance to win Paddock Club passes and photo opportunities with teams.

Corporate guests from the Paddock Club will also get exclusive access to a range of show cars, a mocked-up garage, and will get a lap of the track in the drivers' parade truck.

Facebook's Zuckerberg Signs A Mystery F-150 During Detroit Visit

It's my first time in Michigan, and my first stop was at the Ford Rouge Plant outside Detroit.
I played a very small part in assembling some new Ford F-150s on the line by adding antennas, cleats and drilling screws. I even signed the inspection sticker on one.

You're welcome, future F-150 owner.
But the most interesting part was sitting down with some of the people who do this every day.
Working on the line at an assembly plant is physically hard, and the people I met talked about how tiring it is and how worn down you get. Each person told me separately how important it is to have good shoes because you're essentially walking on a treadmill for 10 hours a day. Every 52 seconds, you have to go through your set of tasks -- 650 times a day.

You have to be perfect, but the biggest challenge is having the focus to do the same thing over and over again. The people I met are so good they keep the line running at full speed and listen to audio books or music in one earbud to sta…
